This braided horsehair necklace has sterling silver ball end end caps with a hair in resin toggle claps. The hair in this asymmetrical toggle is shredded and permanently encased in resin. It is not readily evident that this toggle is made from hair, rather the hair creates the overall color. The surface is intentionally porous for a stone like appearance.

 Toggle measures 1 inch in diameter. The back is sterling silver with a cross hatch hammered texture.

The necklace requires horse tail hair but the resin toggle can use mane, tail, dog, cat, etc. Anything with hair! Even a lock of your child's  hair. This toggle is not limited just to hair; beach sand, ashes or other mementos may be used.
